1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Kubling Agent Platform ("we," "us," or "our"), a product of Bluelone Cloud Platforms, SL, a company registered in Madrid, Spain. By accessing or using our services, including API integrations, dashboards, and any associated tools, you agree to these Terms of Service (ToS). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Kubling Agent Platform provides:

• API services to interact with Kubling instances.
• Investigation capabilities (where query results are not retained or stored).
• Data management services that retain Kubling instance data only while the instance remains active.

3. Account Registration & API Usage

• You must register an account to access API services.
• API keys must be kept secure; unauthorized sharing or exposure may result in termination.
• We reserve the right to limit or revoke access if API usage exceeds fair usage limits or violates our terms.

4. User Responsibilities & Restrictions

• Users must not use Kubling Agent Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
• Unauthorized modification, reverse engineering, or data scraping is prohibited.
• Users are responsible for the security of their API credentials and accounts.

5. Execution Responsibility & Liability Disclaimer

Any query, command, or action executed via the Kubling Agent Platform must be performed on instances owned or controlled by the user. The user is solely responsible for ensuring that the execution of queries, API calls, or automated actions does not result in unintended consequences, data loss, or security breaches.

While we strive to ensure that the platform operates reliably, Kubling Agent Platform may produce incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected results. Users acknowledge that mistakes or misinterpretations may occur, and any reliance on results generated by the platform is at their own risk.

Bluelone Cloud Platforms, SL disclaims all responsibility and liability for:

• Any errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results generated by the Kubling Agent Platform.
• Data loss, corruption, or system damage resulting from reliance on the platform’s outputs.
• Misuse or misconfiguration of API calls, including improper deployment of commands.
• Security vulnerabilities caused by improper instance management or insecure network configurations.
• Legal or compliance violations resulting from data processed through the platform.

6. Third-Party Services & Hosting

Some parts of the service rely on third-party providers (e.g., authentication, analytics, cloud infrastructure). These providers operate in the United States or Europe.

Additionally, we maintain and own part of the infrastructure that supports the Kubling Agent Platform, hosted in a data center located in Madrid, Spain. This ensures better performance, security, and reliability.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be settled in courts located in Madrid, Spain.
